Not this particular smoke detector but one very similar to it is currently the bane of my existence. Apparently one of the still-vacant-due-to-fire-damage apartments next to mine has a smoke detector on the fritz...

I shall overcome the beeps, somehow.

I think that's its battery saying it needs changing. How horrible.

i left a message for my management company that night and it was fixed the next day thankfully...or else i would have broken the door down and settled matters in my own hands.
