I went on the Downtown Center Business Improvement Districts Downtown Housing Bus Tour a few weeks ago and loved it. We visited about 5 different lofts in various parts of Downtown Los Angeles: South Park, Historic Core, Fashion District & the Artist District. There are so many loft conversions happening downtown it's difficult even for me to keep track of them all. This is a great resource and it's FREE, definitely worth checking out.
