I did my fair share of traveling over the past 2 weeks. First there was New Orleans which was unbelieveably cold. It snowed on Christmas! I had fun hanging out with my family and resting a lot...mid afternoon naps were an essential part of the trip. Got to go to a Saints/Falcons football game. And speaking of football, I ended up losing the Fantasy Football "Super Bowl" to my cousin Kevin by 4 points. Yes, 4 measly points. UGH. I really wanted the trophy and the satisfaction of beating him! :P At least I put up a good fight....there's always next year. Watch out!
After New Orelans I came back to LA for 3 soggy days and last Thursday drove down to San Diego with Lisa and Lily for a big New Year's swing dance event. The shortened version is that everynight we danced until about 4am and every morning we woke at 9:30am to torture ourselves in dance workshops. I was very health conscious, consuming lots of Orange Juice (and Vodka) during the evening dances.
Now it's back to work, just like I like it. I'm starting a new show, mentoring new Little Tokyo docents with The Los Angeles Conservancy and possibly taking a quick trip to Phoenix this month. Ahhh, it's good to be busy.

I wanted to go. Sheri wanted to go. We'll shoot for next year. Don't send any more photos to me, it'll just make me jealous that I couldn't go. :(
