New show opening this weekend, Hellcab. Click on the picture to see a bigger version of the postcard. No other information to give other than it's a really great piece, only 80 minutes in length, produced by a wonderful group of actors from a Theatre Company called The SpyAnts. There are tickets available from plays411.com. I'm in tech all this week. FUN.And other exciting news to tell everyone.....drum roll please.....I'm attempting my first directing gig since college. There's a late-night, once a month program run at the theatres I work at called Saturday Night Lites. Once a month three 10 minutes pieces are put up at 11pm on a Saturday night. There was a call for directors recently and I thought to myself "I've watched so much theatre in the past umpteen years, I had fun directing in college Directing Class, I should give this a try." And with that I was given a script and away I go! Here's the fun part....the show that I was assigned has three actors in it who all, at some point in the script, have to get nekkid and run off stage. I'm still trying to pin down the last of my actors today. Wish me luck.
