The Ambassador Hotel is threatened with destruction by the LAUSD. There are currently over 40 cats that call the grounds of the old abandoned hotel their home. Concerned neighbors that have been feeding the cats for years are now trying to find homes for a few of the well adjusted felines.The famous Coconut Grove Nightclub was also situated on this property and in Hollywood's heyday all the stars made this swanky nightclub their home away from home. That being said, take a look at Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr, Danny Kaye, Dean Martin and Joey Bishop all in feline form and available for adoption. Ambassador Cats go check it out!
