This past Saturday I gave my infamous Historic Core Tour to new members of the Conservancy. They were a wonderful group of people who were very interested in everything I had to say. None of those classic glassy eyed, when-will-this-tour-be-over, looks from them. The highlight - "only in LA" - came near the end of the tour as we were walking down Broadway. Some guy walks by us with a walkman and headphones on signing at the top of his lungs "Rock you like a hurricane!"Welcome to Downtown!
