Independent Shakespeare redux

Independent Shakespeare makes a return appearance this summer at the Barnsdall Art Park and is definitely worth consideration in your weekend plans anytime between now and August 13th.

They are featuring 2 shows in rep, Hamlet and As You Like It. I saw Hamlet last year and As You Like It this past Sunday and had a great time at both shows. Bring a picnic basket (complete with “grape juice”), a winter coat and a blanket (TRUST ME, it gets cold up on that hill). The price is worth it, FREE! Although they obviously need support from the community to continue these shows so they do “pass the bucket” afterwards.
