As I originally mentioned earlier this year (Cinco de Mayo to be exact), the Tofu Festival is happening this weekend in Little Tokyo and it is NOT to be missed. If only for the tofu tostadas alone. It is however my goal to find at least one other dish that I covet as much as those darn tostadas. Wish me luck. My journey will take place on Sunday as Saturday morning will be spent giving a USC Walking Tour.
Should be a fun weekend.

Tofu tostadas, I will definitely give them a try. On another note, I went to school at USC and I am ashamed to say I know next to nothing about the place. That is to say, nothing that is not connected to football. The hubby and I are members of the conservancy and have yet to take a tour, yes I am shamed even more. My inlaws are visiting from NZ in Sept, we'll definitely take some tours then.

I call BS on the Tofu Festival using the phrase "Hip to Be Square." Only Square One Dining is hip to be square. Are you with me??
