an alien in my shoulder

I have an alien in my shoulder and have consequently been uninspired, unable to focus on much except for the intense pain radiating through the left side of my upper body.

did you get rid of the alien?? My shoulder/neck on the L side has been killing me the past few days too but I'm pretty sure it's just stress, not a foreign creature... hope to hang out with you again soon esp. after I take my 1st licensure exam later this month. xo
