Held at the beautifully romantic Union Station the ceremony and reception (exterior courtyard & Harvey House Restaurant) was uniquely all Jim & Celia. I See Hawks in L.A. set the mood for the guests as the sun went down leaving behind a nicely overcast day for a somewhat chilly evening. After a brief welcome and a moment of silence for those loved ones who were not present in the physical sense, Jim & Celia exchanged Seussical type vows which were a nice change from the norm and hilarious to boot.
2 drinks later from a bartender who very obviously knew how to pour a drink...thank you Celia...I was feeling fine. Shortly thereafter, after Jim & Celia made their appearance, the guests were entertained by an amazing Dragon Dance. Sadly it was after this, just as dinner was being served, that I had to leave to go do my Stage Managerly duties at the theatre. One can only imagine how the rest of the night went...actually it was probably all one big blur...kinda like the last portion of all my photos.
Congratulations to the happy couple. I think I can speak for all your friends and fans out there who wish you all the best. Have a wonderful and relaxing honeymoon, you deserve it. Then get back to blogging will ya'?
